SuperBOX is committed to providing reliable products and customer support. If an order does not meet expectations, customers may request a return or exchange within the eligible time frame outlined below.
All requests are subject to review before approval.
B. Eligibility Timeline
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
C. Product Condition Standards
To be eligible for review, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Product remains unused and in original condition
- No signs of wear, damage, modification, or tampering
- Includes all original packaging and accessories
- Proof of purchase or valid order information is provided
Items that fail to meet these standards may not qualify for return approval.
D. Return Restrictions
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Items that have been used or physically damaged after delivery
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items
- Returns shipped without prior authorization from our support team
Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed in processing.
E. Return Authorization Process
All return requests must follow an approved process:

- Provide order details and reason for return
- Wait for review and return authorization
- Ship the item only after receiving official instructions
Returns without approval may not be processed.
F. Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are determined by the reason for return:
- If caused by SuperBOX (wrong item or defective product), we cover return shipping
- If due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), customer covers shipping cost
Trackable shipping is strongly recommended.
G. Refund Procedure
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Eligibility will be confirmed after inspection
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after approval
Bank or payment provider delays may occur and are outside our control.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
